César: Un héroe inesperado

A report produced for the FAST Heroes project, an international campaign aimed at schools to educate students about stroke prevention. The campaign is present in more than 30 countries.

In a touching story that underscores the importance of education and swift action, César, a 12-year-old student from the Federico García Lorca school in Mollet del Vallès, has proven to be a true hero by using the knowledge acquired in the FAST Heroes school program to detect and save his grandmother’s life during a stroke episode. César’s story is a powerful testament to the positive impact that awareness and preparedness can have in emergencies.

For this piece, we selected a production that would accentuate the emotional depth of the story, from the anguish of the protagonist’s grandmother’s stroke situation to the joy and pride in César’s outstanding work.

Three versions were created: in Catalan, Spanish, and English. The English version was broadcast internationally.
