Làbora is a program promoted by the Ajuntament de Barcelona in coordination with ECAS, FEICAT, and Creu Roja to facilitate the employment integration of individuals in situations of social vulnerability. Annually, the Làbora program organizes a Networking Day to connect participants with companies interested in hiring.

Through the After Movie, we explained the functioning and philosophy of the Làbora program, giving voice to the involved parties (organizers, participants, and companies). All of this while maintaining the optimistic tone of this event.
